All content on the Platform, including proprietary source codes, algorithms, neural design, and data models, is the property of Quanthera. The User is not permitted to copy, distribute, or subject our technical solutions to "reverse engineering."

Article 5: Applicable Law and Competent Court

This agreement is governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably within sixty (60) days will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
